It was launched on 14 October 2024 by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and in 2026 it also became the channel for wheat growers’ payments, which Sindh Bank deposits into Hari Card accounts.

How to Register
- Prepare your CNIC and land records.
- Apply online at the Hari Card portal cited by the press, benazirhaaricard.pk. Verify the address on the Sindh Agriculture Department website before entering any data.
- Existing card holders were asked to complete registration immediately.
- Complete biometric verification when asked.
Application deadlines and the document list beyond CNIC and land records were not published in the reports, so check the portal.
Why the Card Matters in 2026
Because Sindh now pays wheat support into Hari Card accounts, having a verified card is the difference between receiving the subsidy and missing out. If you grow wheat on up to 25 acres, confirm your card and account status before the new sowing season.
Beware of Fake Agents and Scam Sites
Government welfare schemes attract scammers. No genuine programme asks you to pay a “registration fee” to an agent, share your card PIN, or send your CNIC and OTP codes to a WhatsApp number. Enter your CNIC only on websites ending in .gov.pk or use the official SMS and helpline numbers mentioned in this guide.
