Updated 11 October 2026. The Parwaaz Card is a Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) loan for people with an overseas job offer. It is not a loan for starting a business, which earlier text on this page wrongly said.
Loan: up to Rs 1 million, interest-free, covering visa, medical, airfare, Protector registration, skills testing and OEP fees. Eligibility: age 18+, valid CNIC, Punjab resident, confirmed overseas job offer, monthly salary below SAR 5,000.
