BISP New Registration 2026

BISP New Registration 2026: Dynamic Survey, Documents and Eligibility

Updated 11 October 2026. There is no simple online form for a new BISP registration. Households enter the programme through the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey, which BISP runs through its Dynamic Registration Desks at Tehsil Offices. This guide explains the process, the documents and who qualifies.

How BISP Registration Works

  1. Go to your nearest BISP Tehsil Office and find the Dynamic Registration Desk.
  2. Collect a survey token and wait for your turn.
  3. A data entry operator asks socio-economic questions about your household.
  4. Answer, complete the form and verify your identity with a thumbprint.
  5. You should receive a confirmation SMS from 8171 that the survey is complete.
  6. If your household is found eligible, a further confirmation message follows (ARY News mentions a message from 811).

BISP launched this dynamic survey nationwide to reach about 10 million families (ARY News, August 2025). Registration is free, and BISP says charging a fee is illegal.

Documents to Take

  • Original CNIC of the woman applicant
  • B-Form (NADRA-issued) for each child
  • A recent electricity bill
  • An active mobile phone number

Who Is Eligible?

  • Eligibility is decided by a poverty score (PMT) from the survey. Reports give a cut-off of 32 or below, and up to 37 where the household has a disabled member.
  • Payments mainly go to the female head of household with a valid CNIC.
  • Widowed, divorced and separated women, families with disabled members, elderly dependents or orphans, and eligible transgender persons are among those considered.
